Terms & Conditions
Effective: 1 January 2026. Governing sales and reservations under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Overview & Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all orders, allocations, and purchases of FIRLE timepieces operated by FIRLE HOROLOGY LTD (Company No. 12849021), registered at 14 St. James's Square, London SW1Y 4LG. By accessing this site or submitting an order reservation, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Description & Specifications
We take every reasonable measure to accurately display the technical specifications, dimensions, Swiss STP calibres, and enamel finishes of the FIRLE Sennen Automatic. Minor variations inherent to handcrafted finishing and natural full-grain leather straps are characteristic of bespoke horological craft.
3. Order Allocation & Contract Formation
Submitting an allocation form on this website constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding purchase contract is formed only when our concierge confirms stock availability and dispatches your order confirmation reference.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing statutory rate. Payment is arranged via secure electronic invoicing or upon verified doorstep delivery depending on customer arrangement. No unauthorized charges are ever applied.
5. UK Delivery & Transit Insurance
Orders are dispatched from our UK distribution hub via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service. Estimated transit time across mainland UK is 2 to 4 working days. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit until successful physical handover.
6. 2-Year International Warranty
Every FIRLE Sennen Automatic is accompanied by an official 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering mechanical defects in the Swiss STP1-11 movement and manufacturing flaws. The warranty excludes routine aesthetic wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized third-party repairs.
7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
